Personal Training FAQS:
Q: Where do we train?
A: Where do you want? We do about half our business in the client's home (we bring all necessary equipment, but will also use whatever you have). We also do appointments in private training studios in downtown Chicago and Evanston.
Q: How long do the sessions last?
A: About an hour
Q: How often should I see my trainer?
A: The strengthening and toning workout needs to be done three times per week for maximum effectiveness. If you can afford to do all three times with your trainer, that is the best way to go. If you are on a limited budget, try to see your trainer two or three times a week for at least the first week or two, until you learn enough to start working more independently. You don't want to use bad form and end up with an injury.
Q: Who will be my trainer?
A: We have a talented staff of twelve excellent personal trainers. We will discuss your exercise and dieting history, and also examine your goals - then we will try to provide a good match for you. If we send a trainer and you
are unsatisfied for any reason, you don't pay for that session, and we'll send someone else next time.
Q: Do you provice nutritional guidance?
A: Absolutely! You can work out like a maniac, but if we don't also address what you are eating, we won't get far.
Q: How long until I see results?
A: If you do everything we tell you to, you should start to feel a lot better within a couple of weeks. After about six weeks, you will notice that your clothes are fitting much looser. About three months into the program is when your friends and co workers will all start commenting on how much better you look.
